Q: How long have you been doing yoga?
A: On and off for about 5 years.

Q: Had you tried yoga before attending classes with Rebecca? If so what style? Where?
A: Yes, I had done some yoga classes before but I'm not sure which style it was.

Q: What made you decide to start yoga?
A: I wanted to find a form of exercise which would be good for both mind and body.

Q: How did you feel after your first class?
A: Rested.

Q: What’s your favourite pose? (You can use a description if you don’t know the name of the pose)
A: Warrior 1 or 2

Q: What’s your least favourite pose? (You can use a description if you don’t know the name of the posture
A: Boat! (Abdominal exercise)

Q: Has yoga helped you with any specific ailments/injuries?
A: Yes yoga has really helped to relieve tension built up in my shoulders.

Q: What motivates you to keep attending class?
A: I'm motivated to do yoga because I feel so much better afterwards.

Q: What would you tell someone who’s never tried yoga before?
A: Do it! - you will be surprised at how quickly you will notice a difference. It's not competitive which creates a very friendly relaxed environment to be in.
